Our school system has a policy in place to handle reconsideration requests for
books, videos, instructional materials, etc., but recently had a parent
challenge a social studies "unit" designed by a classroom teacher. The parent
would like for the entire
unit to be pulled.

Does any school system out there have a policy/procedure/process in place to
deal this situation?
