This sounds a little like the Accelerated Reader test thread that we
discussed several months ago. If, as a citizen of the city, I have paid for
the subscription through my taxes that support the public library, why
should it matter, (except the bottom line of another subscription sold) what
computer I use to access the subscription that I already paid for. The fact
that I am using a school computer or a home computer should not affect the
license purchased by the public library. Since it requires a library card
number to sign in, It proves I have paid for the subscription at the
library, and it would seem to me, I then have a right to use it???? It
would be different if the license required that you be at the library in
order to access the service, but since you can access from home, why not at
school?
