We all know the importance of collaboration in our work environment. Whether you are high school, middle, or elementary, you have been trained and indoctrinated with the importance of working in a collaborative relationship with other professionals in your school. I am interested in true life stories of what collaboration means in your school. Have you been successful? To what do you attribute this success? Have noticed a decline in teachers' willingness to work with you for planning and team teaching? Why do you think this has happened? Do the administrators in your building support your efforts to build collaborative relationships? Do you think collaboration is possible even with block schedules ? Please reply so that I might compile this information and post to LM_NET Thank you, Carol A.
