Steven Pico's address

We are trying to contact Steven Pico whose fight for freedom to read
resulted in the supreme court decision, Board of Education, Island Trees
Union Free School District v. Pico (1982) to be a panel member for a
general session at the AASL Conference to be held in Kansas City in 2003.
All past addresses and phone numbers have not resulted in our being able to
get in contact with him.  Anyone have any ideas of how we might pursue him?
