There were just too many people to individually thank for their great =
tips and ideas (I feel like I won an Oscar) so I am sending this to the =

I feel a lot better, and will be taking more deep breaths over the =
weekend. The next 2 days I am in the midst of leaving my other job, but =
then will be able to throw myself into the new position.=20
