GEN: Funny thing my mother said- you can relate!

Hello LM_NETTERS,

I am sure you know the story about my getting ready for
a new position in a school? In my working this week
planning and such, my mother asked me:

"why are you so busy? What about the other librarians?"

I replied, "What other librarians? I'm it...it is my
library and classroom."

"You alone?"

"Well, I have help...but I am doing the major work!"

"Oh."

Ah yes, another person who got an education on school
libraries! What does she think we do all day? It is very
different from a public library! :-)
