International (Book or Reading) Holidays

This may sound vague but I'm looking for a International celebration of
books, reading, etc.

I know there is a group who celebrates a certain week ... I remember that I
found it throught LM_NET but I don't have access to it here at work.  (It
might have been Barbara in Australia)

I don't think it's the International Reading Association or International
Children's Book Day.
