TARGET: Need a new Media Booking/Online Catalog program

We are actively looking for a new media booking and catalog program for our media 
center.  We have previously looked into Tech Data and Media Net, but they are too 
expensive (both initial cost and annual support) for our small county.  Does anyone 
know of a company they would recommend?  We are looking for something in the 
$15,000-20,000 initial purchase and $2000-2500 annual maintenance range.  Of course 
we would love to see something even less, but we do want an adequate set of 
features.

In case you are wondering why we want to change:
We have been using Media Minder for 8-10 years, but are very unhappy with it.  We 
cannot print reports (no circulation statistics, usage by items, etc.) or catalogs 
(mini-catalogs by topics or media type or the whole catalog) from the new Windows 
version, but we need the Windows program for our online catalog.  This new version 
is also doing strange things in the booking portion.  We are now using both our old 
Dos version (for booking, reports and printing catalogs) and the new Windows 
version for the online catalog.  But we have to tell our teachers not to use the 
online booking feature.  We also have to double-enter (in both systems) all 
cataloging information.  Not an efficient use of staff time!
