What is a run time error? And although I am getting the question, "Do YOu Want to Debug" I can click on NO and the window bounces back up or I can click on yes and the window bounces back up and I cannot navigate in the website. I have to use ctrl alt del to exit the page. What do I need to do? Is the problem at my end or the Website?
