SEC: Need a schedule change

I have searched the archives and couldn't find a timely answer to my
query.  My school of 1400 has been on a modified AB block schedule for
the last several years.  We don't see that the 90 minute 4 periods a day
have done much of what it promised to do (lower discipline problems,
allow more projects, increase test scores...).  If your school has
changed from a block to another type of schedule in the past couple of
years, please contact me off the list.  I am trying to get some
concrete, in the trenches, research for my schedule change committee,
and I know this list is great.
