Netters,
Yesterday I posted a note about the special "Sports Ill. For TEENS" issue.
I aired my concern over the graffiti-style lettering on the cover. I had
several respondents who replied off-list agreeing with my concerns, and one
who asked what I thought of the rest of the magazine. I'm not a "sports
nut" so I hadn't gotten past the Editors' response page in the mag. I
decided to look through the rest.
I couldn't help but notice one particular ad showing a selection of FOUR
MARIJUANA (I presume) "joints." A closer look revealed that this is
supposed to be an anti-drug advertisement. I'm not really sure the "anti"
part of the message is strong enough to overcome the very intriguing
looking joints. See what you think.
