TARGET: Instant Message Policies

Hello all,
We are re-evaluating our policy with regard to Instant Messaging.  As part of
our AUP, IMing is not allowed.  I'm trying to find out if schools separate
the penalty for IMing and what that penalty might be.  I hope I'm making some
sense (a slightly long day!).
