German book

Dear Colleagues,

Are you up for a challenge?  I have a patron who is looking for a book
published in Germany.  Here are the specifics.

Title-Segeln (Sailing)
Author-autoteukollektiv unter der leitung von Klaus-Jurgen Meyer (a few
authors together under the leadership of
          Klaus-Jurgen Meyer
Publisher-Sportverlag, Berlin 1977

Hopefully, I have not misread his handwriting.he is a doctor!
He would like to find this book, or, even better, to find out if it was
ever published in English.
Does anyone have any guidance to share with me?
I told him your collective expertise can work miracles!
