SEC: Need Title of Book

LM_Netters,

I have a student who is looking for a book she recently read.  I am not
familiar with the plot and am hoping someone out there is.  Here is a
brief overview of the plot. A tomboy (high school age) falls in love
with a new, popular, attractive boy at school.  He is attracted to her
because she is a tomboy.  She figures out that he might be gay and asks
him.  He reveals that he is a homosexual.  Their relationship ends
because she really likes him and can't be just friends.

If you know the title of this book, I would really appreciate it if you
would send it my way.
