This is a request from one the media specialists in our area. If you can help, messages can be sent to me or can also be sent to Mavis at the e-mail address given. Thanks! We have Winnebago 4. 0 in the high school library and recently began to receive this message when we try to check out materials. "Necessary schedule information is not available." Everything else works - check-ins, paying fines, etc. When I try to get into rebuild, the message says that a newer version has been installed and we can't open the rebuild. We have not installed anything but the computer coordinator wonders if the program has something built so that after a given time it stops working so that you have to buy newer software?? We do not have a service agreement and can't afford to get one, but wondered if anyone else had encountered the same problem and could perhaps give us some advice. Does anyone know if Sagebrush/Winnebago will charge per phone call rather than having to have the full $450+ service agreement.
