TARGET: Transfer students who leave with books

Netter's
I have just been told to draft a letter to be included
tomorrow morning with the records of several students
who transfered out of our school with no notice, and
still with books checked out (of course one was a
Harry Potter hardcover book!). I don't want to
reinvent the wheel - does anyone have something
similar to this that they can email me (off list)? I
would appreciate the help.
