Hello all, Hope you don't mind but this is really sort of a research question for my daughter. It's looking more and more as though she is going to accept a job offer in Dallas (now I liked Dallas when I was there for ALA about a gazillion years ago but hopefully you can understand that I'm a little nervous about my daughter moving 500 miles away on her own). Anyway, she's looking for apartments and we want to make sure she's in a safe area. Right away I thought that someone from the area could make recommendations about good locations. She was thinking somewhere on the northern side to make it marginally closer to Kansas. What are rents/living expenses like? Thanks for any help you can give us.
