HIT: theme/old man winter

Many thanks to all who responded to my request for elementary appropriate
titles with "old man winter" as the theme.    For those of you who
requested a HIT...the following were recommended:

Stephen Gammel - Ol' Man Winter
Phyllis Root - Grandmother Winter  -  a wonderful story about making a
quilt full of goose feathers that she shakes for snow.

Stephen Gammell - Is that you winter. It is kind of weird, and
old man winter is a cowboy kind of an old guy who drives a pick up truck.

Judith Richardson - Old Winter  It is about Old man Winter.
He falls asleep and fails to leave so Spring can come.  It
snows and snows and snows and snows.
