We are considering purchasing a Fingerprint Recognition system to use with = our library automation program (Softlink Alice). This would allow students = to scan their finger rather than using their name or barcode to access = circulation records. Has anyone else used a fingerprint recognition = system? If so, does it work well and are you happy with the purchase? We = are hoping that with fingerprint recognition we will be able to speed = things up when a large number of students are waiting to check out books. I will post a hit with any responses. Thank you.
