Altapedia and copyright license

I have found a site that offers use of maps for educators but I am =
having difficulty determining whether I would be wise to purchase this =
license or not. =20
My purpose is to insert the map images into some educational videos I am =
making using my own tapes of travels.=20
Would those with more understanding of legalese look at =
http://www.atlapedia.com/online/legal.htm
and tell me if a payment of $24.95 (it said in USD) would make me on the =
up and up and since this is an Australian site should I even consider =
using my credit card.
