Copyright and Classroom Channel

Is the licensing of the Classroom Channel still limited to one year? It
seems like a lot of trouble to tape the programs and then put labels on
them only to have to tape over them at the end of the year (or two). It
would be great if Channel One would recognize this and allow us to tape
them for continuous use.
It would also be great if there was a way to order pre-made labels from
Channel One.
