Would it be legal for students to copy one picture
from the cover of a book, providing it were not more
than 10% of the cover, to be used on a web page as
part of a book tease? The teacher was wanting her
students to scan the cover and we explained that this
is not legal especially if we plan to publish on the
web(and we do). However, we thought maybe a small
portion of the cover would work? What are your thoughts?
