Target: Is this contest legit: International Society of Poets

I have a student who has "been invited to read her poetry" at Walt Disney =
World.  I am generally leary of contests where you "buy" the book your =
poetry is published in, but she is beyond that point and turned down the =
"chance to purchase the book."  Has anyone heard of the contest and =
willing to advise the parents if this is legit.  THANKS!!
