I'm assuming Windows 9x/NT/Me/2k/XP. No problem at all. Just add a
dial up connection and use it. DUN settings override other settings.
I do it from my XP notebook regularly, dialing in to my "old" ISP for
the things not accessible through my "new" ISP. Frankly, my DSL
provider is TERRIBLE even at the niche at which they claim to be
good. I REALLY wish that ATT WorldNet would get a high speed link in
Greenville SC.

With SOME providers and/or SOME Windows installations, you MIGHT need
to reboot after using the dialup. With XP, everything cleans up
well. With 95, there were DNS issues that may have been resolved
with later DUN versions. I've no "between" experience.
