I am having a problem with my printer at home, a Minolta-QMS PagePro 1100L. It just started. When I try to print an e-mail message (from Outlook Express), it only prints the header (e.g., from, to, date, subject), plus page # at top and date at bottom. When I try to print a web page, it prints only page # at top and date at bottom, and where the web address should be, it says: file://C:\WINDOWS/TEMP\tri\....htm (where the ... are there are different letters, since I tried it from two different sites). When I try to do a print preview on a web page, I get the same thing (no image, just page #, date, and file:...) When, however, I try to print from a program such as Word Perfect or Word, the printer works fine. I have not changed any settings, so I am not sure what is going on. This is a real pain (especially not being able to print anything directly off of the internet/browser). What can I do to fix this???
