School Information Rochester NY, Cincinnati, OH, Florence Ky only

My son and daughter recently moved back to the US after spending time in
the UK. Through the listservs I was able to find great information for
them regarding schools in CT where they moved to upon their return. It
now appears that there is another move in the offing and I am turning to
the group again. At this point they have a choice as to where they will
wind up so that make the school piece even more important. They have
three children a to be 9th grader, a 7th grader and a fourth grader. The
kids are all very bright and have been in some really good public schools
here and in the UK. The high schooler is interested in swimming but that
is a small factor.
Question Can you recommend the best school systems in the Rochester NY or
Cincinnati, OH-Florence KY.areas ( She mentioned Penfiled, Pittsfore and
Irondequoit, NY) Are there places in these areas to avoid? Can you tell
me when the fall semester starts? Thanks for any help you can give us. It
is greatly appreicated.
