Offtopic: Internet Provider Help

This is very off topic.

I was just switched from Prodigy.net (which I liked) to SBC Yahoo (which I am 
hating).  Does anyone have a favorable internet provider to recommend?  (I am 
hating that I can not hit return without it double spacing--and cant fix this.)

I like being able to use Internet Explorer as my browser.

I like being able to have unlimited access, and not having popup ads or banners.

I will pay.
