TARGET: SEC: library 'handbook' for teachers?

Do you have a library handbook for teachers?  I was thinking of this as I
began to think of orientation for new teachers.  If you do, what do you
include (bibliographic style sheets, info on collaboration, etc)?  If you
don't, what would you include if you had one?
