Hello Everybody, I met with my principal today to schedule an inservice on information literacy for our teachers when we go back to school. I don't think my teachers understand the process of collaboration or the real meaning of information literacy. I know that those of you who have been working on and studying for National Boards are as "up" on these topics as it is possible to be. I would like to put together a PowerPoint show and a handout explaining the steps in collaboration and information literacy. I wonder if anyone has already done this and would be willing to share? I also plan to share some articles that point out the value of both of these. I have several good ones that I studied in preparation for the NBPTS exam, but I'll have to go through them and choose. Any suggestions any of you have to make this a super-spectacular inservice would be welcomed!
