I am a former school librarian now working at a public library. I know this group is great at finding information. I had a patron come in yesterday and ask for a list of words that sounded pleasing to the ear when spoken. I have searched aesthetically pleasing words, linguistics, Aural sounds, and I am coming up blank. I did leave an e-mail at a linguistics site, but have not heard back yet. I am wondering if someone knows if there is a specific term for such a thing? I am counting on you guys and hope that it is ok if I ask questions even if I am no longer in the school setting. Thanks much Johnnie Frisbie Asst.
