I am desperate ... I have an immediate need to open a file on a CD, which somehow is showing up as a read-only file. When we saved it (in the wee hours of this morning), we logged out (it is an Excel file), then went back and called it up, and it opened. This morning it is saying it cannot open it because it is read-only. I have tried -- Opening it through Excel Opening it through My Computer Sending it to myself, and a friend as an e-mail attachment I need this for a Board presentation tonight -- and am at wit's end. Can anyone help? Thanks ... Kathy Reynolds Kathy J.
