Leslie Bendt Media Specialist/Department Chair, Pedro Menendez HS St. Augustine, FL bendt@aug.com Our school population exceeds 1300. We are fortunate to have a full-time media aide and two full-time media specialists. Our school opened in 2000. We are in our 3rd year of operation. Our first two years focused on meeting SAC standards, establishing technology services, etc. Our collection is now over 14,000 and our equipment, procedures, scheduling, etc. are established and working well. What options have you used, or would you suggest, as far as division of duties, program administration, planning responsibilities, teacher collaboration, etc.? What is working for those of you who service one site? What is not working? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
