One point that occurred to me as I read this - I always think of 823
as being the Dewey number for fiction, which for English fiction it
is of course. I already have trouble where I have American and
Canadian poetry, because it is in a different place from the English
poets. Putting the fiction in Dewey would mean 2 sequences for that
as well!
