I know this is bizarre, but perhaps you can help me. I teach at Avon Middle
School in Avon, CT. Our secretary recently received a call from a man in
Oregon who said he found one of our books on a plane, and wanted to mail it
to us. It arrived in the mail today complete with "Avon Middle School
Library" stamped in it, but it isn't our book! Any idea where another Avon
Middle School could be? The book is BELLE PRATER's BOY by Ruth White. The
school uses AR, and it was due Jan. 26. If only the book could talk. Any
ideas?
