Books for Speech Pathologist

   As a K teacher I have used a series of books called My First Steps to
Reading written  by Moncure.  There is a book for each letter of the
alphabet.  Each features items being put into a box- all beginning with the
featured letter.
  Another idea might be poems or jump rope rhymes.  For example:
       Rain on the green grass
        Rain on the tree
         Rain on ------------
          But not on me!

Your K teachers might have other ideas.

    I am a grad student new to LM_NET.  I tried to sent this off list but it
bounced back .If I am off base sending it here please let me know.

    I am having a great time "watching" librarians in action---what a helpful
group!!!
