I too delete anything I don't recognize. But I just learned how to block emails on Outlook Express. You don't have to open the email to do this. I highlighted the addresses given in the LM_NET messages and copied them. Then open Tools (in Outlook Express)/Message Rules/Blocked Senders List. Click Add and paste the address. Then OK. If you are in a message and find it is inappropriate, you can go to Message/Block Sender. The address of the message you are viewing will be added. I learned that by accident and blocked all of LM_NET! To fix that error, I went back to the main screen of Outlook Express, opened Tools/Message Rules/Blocked Senders List and choose Remove. Hopefully I haven't blocked LM_NET from my life forever!
