From: Frann Pulver, Librarian F.K. Lane HS Brooklyn, NY Cici1114@aol.com Dear Fellow LM_Netters: I have a dilemma. What does one do when a very popular title is so often stolen, and when borrowed not returned, that it is impossible to keep it on the shelf? This has happened with the title Push, by Sapphire. I am reluctant to continue to purchase it because every time I buy 2 or 3 more, they disappear within a few weeks, at the most. It's like putting good money after bad. Part of me says that if students want to keep it they should purchase it; another part says the Library should have it on hand; honestly I feel if I were to spend $500.00 on this title, (which I am not) they would still all disappear. Please advise.
