Jim Bruchac, son of author Joe Bruchac, put on absolutely great presentations at my buildings this week. He is an author, storyteller, and wilderness survival expert. His assemblies were a blend of animal folktales, survival skills, tracking skills(including plaster casts of many wild animal tracks), Native American monster stories, and Adirondack Tall Tales. The staff and students loved him. Anyone interested should check out his website: www.ndakinna.com Mary Putnam,LMS Flanders Elementary School St. Joseph's Community School Malone, NY putnam@northnet.org =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
