freezing books

Earlier I posted that we had water damage at our school. Several of you were
very helpful in your replies as to how to attempt to save the books by
freezing them. We are wondering how long we are to keep them in the freezer.
Would someone please reply to this that e-mailed me earlier. Sorry, I
deleted your messages so have no way of contacting you.

FYI Our English room is about ready to have students. The teacher and I have
done orders to get her bookshelves lined with books again, BUT our home
economics room is not quite as fortunate. The teacher will not be back in
her room before the years ends--major wall and floor damage requires redoing
her entire room.
