Hi - new question - seems like lately there's at least one a day -

We are planning a rennovation - I asked the architects to place computers in
"pods" of 6 or 8 throughout the LMC - I told them that I absolutely did not
want a "lab" sitting somewhere in the LMC.

The plans they gave me have....wanna guess ;-)

So...if you have any "words" to share, I'd be grateful. I have tried all
the "words" that I know - pods for flexibility of use, of seating, of
purpose, of teaching strategies, of function, of supervision, to cut down on
socializing... "all forms of information resources INTEGRATED" - "lab
seating is too static, to in-flexible, will not easily allow multiple class
use, cannot define areas of use by different classes.

Any "words" you can share to help me convince them that form needs to follow
function, and its NOT art for art sake, would be much appreciated.

or am I just "venting" :-)

Thanks

Julei
