automation letter

******Hi,
    My school district is in the process of automation- what fun !!  My
library will be closing at the end of April for the conversion process and I
need to compose a letter to send to all the parents.  Send me your thoughts
on why it is so important to automate a library PLEASE.  I have all my own
reasons but I need to put them in terms that parents can understand.  I
anticipate some grumblings and I need to put a positive spin on this letter.
