Off Topic: Washington DC visit

Hi! I'm going to be on vacation April 1-5 and my family and I will be
visiting our nation's capital.

We will be staying in the Best Western in Arlington's Crystal City.  Can
anyone tell me if there's a public library that allows public web access to
nonresidents in the area?  On Friday the 5th we leave DC and head to Buffalo
to spend the weekend in our hometown before heading back to Cleveland.
