A simple answer to a simple question: does your administration insist that
library funds be spent within a certain time? In the past, I have sent my
requisitions in during the year as they are needed and/or completed -- now
I've been told that not sending them in at the beginning of the school year
(later than September) is unprofessional. What say "ya'll"?
