Target: short stories for book club

I like to include short stories amongst the books we read for our book club.
  The club is open to anyone 7-12th grade, but we mainly have 10-12 graders.
  Do you have favorite short stories that you could suggest? I did search
the archives and found some short stories, but not really what I was looking
for.

I would love to hear your suggestions.
