Good Afternoon, I just recently graduated (3 weeks ago) and I've had my first call for my first interview with a school principal for a position at a primary school. I just can't explain how good of a job opportunity this is and I'm really putting 110% towards trying to get the position. A lot of people are going after the same position and I lack any teaching experience or years teaching in the district. I know the position will be hard to get. I'd really like some help so that I can make up for these shortcomings. I am looking for any good programs you have done in the library with grades K-2. Any advice on AR at this level or AR programs you do with these grade levels. I'm open to any advice and/or comments you have about these grade levels. I really just plan on KNOCKING the principal's socks off! I'm putting together a portfolio of things I've done in graduate school and during my student teaching experience. Over the years I have slowly collected LM_NET HITS on job interviews so I have like 10 pages of possible questions. Any help (and luck) will be appreciated!
