Here's an old theme with a few added requirements. We've got two and a half weeks to go and because I'm one of the "specials" (a.k.a. prep coverage teacher), I get the kids to the very end. This week has been major rewards (read 'bribes') for everyone who brought back their books with the hopes that those who didn't will want it too and will bring theirs back. I'm looking for some ideas for activities for first to fourth graders for 40 minute periods that can keep the lid on anxious excited kids AND allow me to get a bit of the wrap up and closing work done. I may or may not have some parent volunteers to help with the work or the kids. What do you people do in situations like this besides putting on a video? Thanks!! =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
