I am getting ready for our first author visit. Ben Mikaelsen is coming to my
middle school in February. I was wondering if some of you who are
experienced with author visits could give me some advice.
How soon should I order books from the publisher? How many should I order?
Should I order both paperback and hardback? When should I distribute the
books to the kids? How should I handle the autographing on the day of the
visit?
If there is anybody out there who could help me, I would be so grateful. I
really want this to be a success. Thanks.
