I went to <A HREF="www.loc.gov/copyright">www.loc.gov/copyright</A> and printed out their 25 page booklet "Reproduction of Copyrighted Works by Educators and Librarians." It is very lengthy and I've only skimmed it. However, I did find some answers to my questions about copyright in general and some on video/recording programs so far. Hope this helps.
