Recently I posted a survey in which I asked questions about technology use and staff development in schools. I posted to LM_Net, EDTECH, and TLC (Texas Library Connection). I received over 150 responses from 22 states, with most coming from Texas. Thanks so much to everyone for your responses! Question #4 was hard to show with a graph, but most people said they did offer training in the areas mentioned. Question #6 yielded a wide range of options for training times, with after school and summer break mentioned most frequently. Results from all other questions can be seen at this web address: http://www.shsu.edu/~lis_mah/documents/TAET/graphsurvey.html I think the results show progress is still needed in technology staffing and teacher training. Thanks again so much for your participation!--Mary Ann 1. Do you have a full time technology specialist on your campus? 2. Does your school librarian double as campus technology specialist? 3.
