Hello, Our school district just had a large bond passed. One thing on the agenda is the redoing of our high school library. We have some ideas and are surveying our staff for more ideas on how to improve our already great library. I thought to ask this wonderful group what they would add to or consider in a remodelling of the library. We are a 1500+ student high school. The library, staffed with two librarians, one fulltime assistant library aid, has three full classroom areas, one drop-in area, about 20,000 titles, twenty internet computers for our 16 online databases, four lookup stations, a large reference section, a large video, DVD, CD collection, and two conference room and an AV viewing room. We do have a multimedia presentation unit in the online classroom area and a large screen for video presentations in one of the other areas. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
